MTab 1.3.1: update notifications and an About window
MTab now tells you when a newer version is available, on both Mac and Windows, and shows its version and update controls in a new About window.

Both clients now check for updates shortly after launch and every six hours. When a newer version exists, the Mac app raises a notification and the Windows app shows a tray balloon, and the menu gains an “Update to X” item that opens the download page. Nothing installs silently. The check can be switched off from the menu.
The new About window shows the installed version, a Check for updates button, and links to the website and terms.
