Privacy policy
This page covers us-serv.com. Each product has its own policy for the data inside that product.
Who we are
US Serv operates us-serv.com and the products listed on it. Questions about your data go to contact@us-serv.com.
What this site collects
- Monthly digest: your email address and the time you signed up and confirmed. We send a confirmation email first, and nothing else is sent until you click it.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
- Technical logs: error messages from our server, which can include an IP address or email address, kept only as long as needed to run the service.
What we do not do
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.
Where it lives
Data is stored on our server in the European Union (Hostinger). Emails are sent through Resend. A daily backup is kept for 14 days on the server and in our private cloud storage (Microsoft OneDrive). Payments for our products are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's privacy policy; we never see your card details.
How long we keep it
- Digest subscribers: until you unsubscribe with the one-click link in every email. Sign-ups never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@us-serv.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top.
