These terms cover us-serv.com. Each product's own terms, shown at checkout, govern your use of that product.

us-serv.com is operated by US Serv. It describes our apps, our web platforms and our website building service, and publishes updates about them.
2. Products and prices
All prices are in US dollars. Local taxes are added at checkout. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which sells the product to you, issues receipts and invoices, and collects applicable taxes under Paddle's buyer terms. Prices can change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
3. Website building and full packaging
Each project is governed by the written quote you accept. The quote sets the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and what is included in the monthly running of the site.
4. Using this site
Do not misuse the forms, send automated requests, or try to break or overload the site. The content, screenshots and product names on this site belong to US Serv.
5. Monthly digest
The digest is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
6. Warranty and liability
The information on this site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
